ST. PAUL, MN – As some of you may know, today is a “big day.” But its a little less large than it used to be. Our good friend and 2006 MVP, Pat “Truck” Moriarity had recently completed one year of his “Fat Guy Challenge” to the tune of 60 pounds lost (15% of his body weight). His waist size has gone from 48/50 to 42/44. His blog sets out his goals for the upcoming year.

Today, he competes in his first ever 5K run in St. Paul, Minnesota, with his family there to cheer him on. VIDEO.

On a side note, Rings turns the big 4-0 today, with rumors that his liver may, in fact, qualify for Social Security benefits by next year. Congrats!
